My boyfriend works out here at home and was looking for something to wear while lifting. Wearing the right clothing can make the difference between an enjoyable workout and a time block of misery. You don't want chaffing or irritation to stop you short. We got the shirt in a large and my boyfriend is 195 lbs at 5'7". It was a bit tight on him and if I could I would have ordered a size up to an Extra large instead. So please whatever size you think you are..go up a size to the next and you won't regret it..trust me. My boyfriend used this while lifting and he said it was comfortable every step of the way. It helped to repel the moisture from sweating. He could move in it easily but yeah like we went over...definitely would have been better a size up. This could be used for so much more but only used it for working out. The material is very breathable and high quality. This shirt is excellent and we would recommend it. #LegendRashGuards
