Greatest Naps, Vol. 2: The Best of Jammy Jams Review + Giveaway

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

Greatest Naps, Vol. 2: The Best of Jammy Jams

I got to check out this CD full of lullaby songs. I do not have a baby but I was just so intrigued by this I had to listen to what was on here. I was actually given a download code for it so I listened to it through my computer. I looked at the list of all the songs and I pretty much recognized almost all of them.

1. Get Lucky (originally by Daft Punk)
2. Wrecking Ball (originally by Miley Cyrus)
3. Send Me An Angel (originally by Real Life)
4. Groove is In The Heart (originally by Deee-Lite)
5. Ready Or Not (originally by Fugees)
6. Champagne Supernova (originally by Oasis)
7. We Are Young (originally by Fun.)
8. Hysteria (originally by Def Leppard)
9. Drunken Lullabies (originally by Flogging Molly)
10. I Will Always Love You (in the style of Whitney Houston)

All of these songs are just very very light instrumentals of the original. It's cute because you can put it on for your baby or child to fall asleep. I think this would be very soothing for inside of a car and your child is being a bit cranky. The only thing I would worry about is actually falling asleep myself listening to it as well.

I think for me personally...I would limit it to the nursery. It's a very cute idea indeed and this isnt the only CD they have out. They have a few different ones. I was actually diggin the LULLABYLOOZA

’90s Alternative Goes Lullaby. I basically heard the first song which is Black Hole Sun by Soundgarden. I love that song. Oh btw, you can listen to the songs on their website to see if you would like it and then buy it. I think thats an awesome way to preview a product.

Truly an innovative CD. I would definitely recommend these lullabies to any new parent. You will recognize a bunch of these songs and your baby will be able to enjoy them as well as a light lullaby to fall asleep peacefully.

Monday, December 9, 2013 Corset Review Corset

I got the opportunity to review a cute little corset from I was really excited because I actually have been watching this company for a while and have seen a bunch of people with them and really wanted one to check out for myself. I received this black and pink accented one.I'm going to tell you the price of this one right now is only $18 which is super cheap! You can look at it directly right here.
Let me show you the many pictures I took of it and what I think about it first.

Here's the tag on it. It came nicely packaged.
Here you can see what the size and fabric material is. Now, I measured myself with a plastic measure tap because I didn't have a tailor tape around and that is where the mess up came. I was told these run a little small so they took my bad measurements and sent me a large. I don't wear a large in any of my clothing though. I rarely am even a size medium but I think a size medium in this would have been perfect. I probably could have even squeezed into a small. I think the purpose of a corset is to be very form fitting and push up the ladies. I'll get more into that in a bit with pictures.
Here it is laid out flat on my bed to show you. Bear with the bad Ipod pictures please. It came with a black silky type material thong. I don't think I would fit into that large so I am not going to try it on. It looks huge and would look silly on me lol. Not like I can show that here anyway. Once again, I think a medium or a small would have been nice. (I could have asked for an exchange to a smaller size but I don't like to be a pest so I didn't but if this happens to you for sure get an exchange in. But the point of this review is so you can gauge the right size for yourself!)

This picture right here will reflect the exact color of the corset. My lighting really determines the shot I get so the others may look slightly different. There is a black zipper that goes down the side and i wanted to point that out because I did not notice it the first time i tried it on and i actually de-laced the back to get it on. The zipper makes it a million times easier to slip this thing on and its so camouflaged no one will notice.
Hard to see but here is the inside. It is very soft and comfortable on your bare skin.

Here you can see how much space there is. It's not supposed to be that big on you. Corsets are always supposed to be fitted to your body.

As you can see I have to hold it up on me because it falls down even with all the ribbon in the back tightened as much as possible. It's really a shame because I loved it. It really does look cute. It just needed to be a bit smaller but the curvature of the corset is perfect. I can't fill the cups either they are just too big for me lol.

Terrible picture sorry but there it is on me. It actually doesnt look bad in the picture but its making me look bigger than I am and it does fall down a bit.

You can wear corsets out with a cute shirt underneath and go outside with it on for the daring.

This was a fun and exciting review. I really think the quality of the corset is top notch. For the price you can't beat it. Just remember to go up a size for yourself unless you are truly really petite. I'm 5'3 and 115lbs so if you are around near my body type i would suggest getting a Medium. Here's the link to the same corset and its only $18.

They have a ton of different affordable corset styles so check out their main site.

This company is great and they are always doing giveaways so maybe you can try your luck and win one over at their FaceBook page

Ozeri Green Earth Textured Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan

Ozeri Green Earth Textured Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan, 100-Percent PTFE and PFOA Free

I got the opportunity to try out this cute little pan by Ozeri. I am also the proud owner of their other Green Earth pan. A little off topic from this one ...I have been using their other pan for quite some time now and I love it. It's just so convenient to cook with. It's really easy to clean up after and the food does not burn.

Check that out. It's called Greblon ceramic - an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany which is 100% PTFE and PFOA free (no heavy metals or chemicals). It's very unique indeed and you won't see this around much. Before I got this pan I never saw anything like this honeycomb type pattern in a pan. I think it actually helps the food stay abroad so it doesn't stick down onto a flat surface. The cooking surface delivers  non-stick performance without releasing harmful fumes or toxins at high temperatures. It has a  scratch-resistant ceramic coating that is super easy to clean and made out of durable heavy-gauge die-cast aluminum with no heavy metals or harmful chemicals.

A green pan that is green. I actually love the color of these pans. I'm so tired of boring black or silver pans so it's a breath of fresh air in my kitchen. It would be cool if they made other fresh pops of color though for their line. I think people like Red , orange and turquoise in their kitchen nowadays. I'm content with it!
This pan is a little deeper than my other one but that's perfect because I want to use this as a bean pan. I'm spanish and I am always cooking rice and beans for the family for dinner. I HATE making beans sometimes though because it will stick to the pan on the sides and bottom after a while. I always simmer my beans at low temperature. Also, cleaning up after dinner is a total nightmare.

Here's my setup for cooking dinner tonight. Look at how wonderful and shiny my new Ozeri pan is! The metal pan behind it is usually the type I would use for my beans but a smaller one. The sticking is terrible on that. I will just be using it to make white rice ( boil in a bag). Oh and making rice dishes in an Ozeri is a dream. I have made so many rice sides which had to simmer and no sticking just turns out so wonderful.
These are the porkchops I made in my bigger Ozeri pan. All I did was cook it in some butter and red wine. Look at the nice browning action that happens with it. These cook up so quickly as well. The pan gets heated without burning.

Here's the beans I made for dinner. It cooked perfectly! The bean sauce did not stick to the sides or bottom. Dinner was fantastic and cleanup after was so easy. I did not take pictures of my cleanup but basically all I do is put a little bit of water in them and wipe it down with a paper towel into the garbage. Take it to the sink and give it a little rinse with the sponge. It's soooo much easier to clean up now. I was so happy I didn't have to scrub stuck on sauce , oil or butter. I just want to replace all my pans with Ozeri pans because it makes life easier.

You can buy the little Ozeri pan here through their Amazon page for $22.18:

It's a great deal considering it will make things easier for you in the its about the same price as other pans that cant do the same thing. For half this price you can get some cheap pan but I guarantee you it will not perform like this one and you will end up hating it after a while. This pan is sturdy and looks beautiful.

Check out their main Amazon page. They have tons of high end products that you will love at affordable prices.

They also have a FaceBook page which you can check out here:

I'll be your fan for life, thank you Ozeri for making such an innovative product.
