Gaffer Power Professional Premium Grade Gaffer Tape Review + Giveaway

So I got to try this product I have never heard of. It's called Gaffer Tape so I was interested. Gaffer tape is used a lot in the entertainment industry. They secure cables down tightly without leaving any residue on the surface or wires. They are made of a cotton or cloth-like material unlike their duct tape cousin. It's nice because you can use it to mark things you don't want residue on like remotes or metal workings.

I opted to try it out for a wire that's been hanging out under the siding from my home. I didn't want to drill into the siding to put any plastic holders so this is perfect for it.

So here's my somewhat messy job of taping the wiring up under the siding. It stood on there no problem and it's been raining the past week.

Ta-Da! The white wiring is secured nicely under the siding and no longer showing. It's also a good way to keep it safe from all the naughty stray cats in the area who like to mess around with things.

I also had an open and exposed Apple Charging wire that needed to be closed up so I decided to use the Gaffer tape on it.

Here's my wire all patched up with the tape. I like how its strong yet gentle on your electronics. If I want to remove this later on I certainly can without damaging the wire further.

If you are like me and have a ton of wires behind your desk then this would also be perfect to mark all of them. You can attach a little piece of Gaffer tape around each one and mark what they are so you don't have to trace the wires back to its origin.

I also want to bring up that scotch tape isn't the only tape you can use for doing your makeup. I think this would also be perfect for that purpose. Many females use the scotch tape around their eyes to get the perfect cat eye wings which you can also do with Gaffer Tape but it would probably be easier. I did use some on my skin and it stuck on no problem. It also pulled off easily. #gaffertape

Gaffer Tape is just the miracle tape you can use for everything.
