So I was interested in trying out this energy gum because I love to try things you know me. :P Run Gum comes in three different flavors which are Cinnamon, Fruit and Mint. I've tried it alone and then there is the recommendation I give of eating it with regular flavored gum. Think a minty gum with mint, Big red with the cinnamon and JuicyFruit with the Fruit one. Yes, it's energy gum so it will have a bit of bitterness to it. As for the energy it gives..I was fine with just one piece. It's a convenient thing to keep in your pocket or purse to have on the go.
