I've tried many different kinds of coconut oil and this one smells really nice compared to some of the others. It has a very fresh coconut scent. The jars were sealed properly which left me with very fresh and high quality coconut oil. I prefer to use this stuff for DIY product making at home such as body butter, lip balms and soap. It melts as it should and hardens up fine at both temperature settings. I haven't used this in cooking but this would be excellent for searing since it's a lot healthier to use. I'm happy with this fine product and it should last me a long time.
