Making Slow cooker chicken tacos with Frontera mild red chile + cumin

I decided to try out this taco skillet sauce by Frontera. I am actually quite familiar with this brand because I have been buying them from time to time at my local Target. I found out that they are recently starting to be sold at Walmart as well which is wonderful! These sauces are so amazing and packed with so much flavor! It is a little bit on the expensive side but well worth it in my opinion. I'm a frugal shopper and can't pass these pouches of goodness up.

Green Moms Meet gave me the opportunity to share this particular skillet sauce with my family. They also included a ton of coupons so I can pass those out to my group , family and friends. Awesome!! Now, I don't buy ground beef too often as the price is kind of high right now for it. I always have chicken and pork chops though. I decided to make chicken tacos with the sauce to see how it would turn out. I also would be using my slow cooker to do this. So EASY!

So I used some frozen chicken tenderloins for this. I seasoned it with a little garlic powder, onion powder, cumin powder, black pepper and fresh cilantro. I then put the Frontera sauce on top and then added half a can of Rotel diced tomatoes with habanero. I then covered it and let it cook on low for about 5 hours. I then opened it up and broke it up to let it stew with the sauce for about 30 minutes more. I just took tongs and broke it up inside the crockpot. No need to take it out.

Here's the finished product. Delicious slow cooked chicken tacos. I cut up some lettuce, fresh cilantro and corn for a topping. You could opt to add fresh onion if you want. There was definitely enough to have some leftovers as well. My whole family enjoyed this meal very much ( even my 11 and 12 year old). My kids even opted to have this as an after school snack the next day. So it pretty much cleaned up well here.

I totally recommend the mild red chile + cumin Frontera sauce but I also recommend trying some of their other things too. I don't think I have ever come across a bad sauce from them. The flavor is so rich and amazing. Thanks Moms Meet and Frontera for letting me share this sauce with my family.

So my 11 year old daughter had a chance to review this awesome game and she loved playing through it. She was entertained and it was a nice break from the main online game. I thought the graphics and story line mode was a bit more engaging. As a parent I was more than happy to let her play along with this version of the game since it's very family friendly. There are some light puzzles to push through and multiple choices you can pick to customize your experience with the game. She enjoyed the game and I am very content with that. Spooky Eyes Funky White Contact Lenses Review

Well, aren't I just a sight for sore eyes? I have seriously gotten such a response from everyone saying how creepy cool I look with these contacts on. I have to admit that they look pretty neat. I can't really go outside walking around in these but you better believe they will be awesome to sport for my upcoming Halloween attire. Want to know more about where I got these bad boys? Read on.

Welcome to the fantastical world of Spooky Eyes! They are a large site full of wonderful styles of different contact lenses. From Colored Contact Lenses to patterned lenses; they really have it all. Ever wanted to know what a cosplay paradise was? It's been here all along for the perfect eye accessory.

Anyway, the contact lenses came perfectly packaged in their own separate solution packets.

I got my contacts in the Funky White style. The brand is called Dream Eyes and the lenses are made in Korea (Which are the highest quality lenses I have seen around by the way). The only thing is you should have your own lens case to store them in because they don't come with that. You also have to watch the liquid in the contact case because if you aren't wearing them regularly the liquid in there will evaporate over time and might destroy your lenses. (It's happened to me once already >__< )

So how did they fit? They fit my eyes well and only bothered me for a little bit. My eyes got used to them and I was soon walking around at home with them on freaking out my boyfriend and kiddies, lol. They are a ton of fun to wear. As far as I can see right now you can get them for $21. The site is UK based so you will have to wait a little bit because they do come through Royal Mail. (Took about a week to get to me in Pennsylvania, USA)

Feel free to check out all the awesome styles you can achieve by visiting Spooky Eyes for yourself.
http://www.spookyeyes.com/

Spooky Eyes based in the UK specialize in crazy, natural and Halloween cosmetic contact lenses. Stocking over 500 designs for many different occasions and amazing low prices.
Great to change your eye color, or to enhance your look. From natural green and blue, to Sparkle and
party colors, and some amazing Halloween lenses to die for!

THE BEST Most Epic Atlantic City Experience Sampling with Crowdtap

So I got to go to stay a night and a half in Atlantic City partway thanks to Crowdtap. They took care of the hotel room which was awesome. I used to live in Jersey City,NJ so I actually have been to Atlantic City a few times. I was younger though and couldn't really do any gambling. It's a different experience now that I am older. I had the most amazing time!! It really was not enough time to go out and do everything I wanted to do but it surely was memorable. I have a ton of pictures I want to share with you and I will explain a little bit below each picture. I took the Martz bus with my boyfriend over which was something like almost 3 hours with a few stops factored in. We got to pass through Philadelphia which was cool because I have never been there. I'll have to go to Philly one day soon though because I want to go to Eastern Penitentiary.

Anyway, we actually got off to a bad start because I did have a bonus coupon on my bus ticket for $35 slot pay and $10 for food at The Resorts. Well, my boyfriend and I got off at Caesar's because he really had to go to the bathroom and that's when we noticed that our ticket said Resorts so that meant we couldn't get our free slot play at Caesar's. Our bus was gone by the time he got back out the bathroom and we tried walking over as fast as we could to Resorts which was kind of a far walk. I tried to explain to the bus promotion person at the desk but he basically said , " Your loss" which I was upset about. I mean, I guess I could have tried reaching out to the manager or something but I was already on little time here and was exhausted from the trip waking up at 6 am to get to Atlantic City in the first place. So yeah, we lost $70 in slot play and $20 in food cost. We were not thrilled about that and The Resorts can get a big thumbs down from us for that.

So after that whole nonsense happened we boarded a Jitney to Harrah's. This was the hotel we were appointed to stay at. We had a lot of time to burn since we couldn't check in yet. We decided to walk around on the boardwalk outside of Harrah's.

I tried to get a shot of this silly bird but when I got close enough for a good shot he decided to fly away to the other light post behind this one. I guess he really didn't care for the spotlight.

This is the Eden Lounge in Atlantic City. You can have cocktails here and enjoy live entertainment. Live music and live DJ’s from 10pm-2am every Friday and Saturday night.

So we passed this in the halls while walking through Harrah's. It's a BestBuy Express vending machine. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw am iPad mini in there. A vending machine that spits out iPads....really interesting. I'm not even going to lie...if I was rich I would have purchased one but I guess if I was rich I would already have had one and traveled there with it.

Super fancy store called OroGold. I actually walked into this store later on so I'll tell you more about it in a bit. I never heard of this franchised skin care shop but it was really nice inside. It made me feel important walking inside of there.

I'm pretty certain the place that housed these delectable treats was called Café Tazza inside of Harrah's. I wanted to just try everything but the prices were a little high for even my tastes. I did indulge in one of their brownies though. I totally recommend the giant brownie sitting in their display case to the right of this one next to the gelattos. The brownie I had was so rich and delicious full of chocolate chips encrusted on the top layer. We actually bought it later that night.

We had pizza and giant garlic knots for lunch. You could find this food over at the Taste of the Shore Food Court right across from the indoor pool in Harrah's. The pizza slices were $3 and the 3 garlic knots were $2 which wasn't that bad. I think those were the best garlic knots I ever had. The pizza was thin and crispy just how I like it.

This is their indoor pool at Harrah's. It's a big dome. It kind of reminds me of that movie Bio Dome. This is the only shot I could really get without looking like too much of a creeper. You actually aren't allowed to take pictures in there understandably. So I got the front check in part but the rest of it truly looks amazing. There's a jacuzzi in there that I could see but I didn't have time to really indulge in the pool plus my bf forgot to bring swim shorts anyway.

I thought it was pretty neat to see this Viking Cooking School in here. I didn't even know they had their own schools. The only thing I did recognize was their amazing gas stoves with like a million burners on it. One day I will have that stove...one day in 2000 never. I'll just stick to dreaming about it.
Half the lobby in Harrah's. Sorry, there was a group of people standing to the right and I didn't want them to think I was taking a picture of them. It looked pretty neat. This is where I met some of the other Crowdtap people later on.
Finally after waiting an hour in line to check in we finally got up to our room in the Water Front Tower. This is the view from the window.

My exquisite bathroom vanity. I was so in love with the bathroom for sure. There was a separate little room to the left with a door for the toilet. I couldn't believe my eyes. To the right there was a custom shower. It had a little sitting area on it and had a glass door. It was truly the best thing ever.

I also couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this lol. A cool $1,000 for this VIP Pre-Party. Ehhh, no thanks ..maybe in the future when I'm rich.

Ahh, laying in this wonderful King sized bed. I wanted to fall asleep but I knew I couldn't do that because I had to meet with the Crowdtap group soon and had to get ready for it.

This lovely little single cup coffee maker was in the room. I took advantage of this because I was extremely tired by that point and needed some caffeine in me to get through the rest of the day. It worked like a charm and tasted as good as coffee can taste. (I'm not a big fan of coffee)

I foolishly forgot my razor and had to buy one downstairs. This razor cost me $3 but I wasn't expecting it to be cheap because I guess that's what they depend on is people forgetting little creature comforts such as this. I knew I should have shaved before I left the house! Oh well...*grumble grumble*

So moving on forward real quick we met with the Crowdtap group for our hotel downstairs in the lobby of Harrah's. We then got over to the Golden Nugget and went up to the H2o pool and bar for our Cocktail party. This was the view from the bar. It was really nice.

Just a few shots of the bar and food tables. There was a nice little arrangement laid out for us which was so awesome. I actually indulged in some pink Zinfandel.

A nice up shot of the golden nugget from the pool bar. It was actually pretty nice inside.

Here's what my bf and I got to eat. Everything was really delicious.

I call this picture-ception. He actually took some pretty good shots as his iPhone camera is a little better than mine. Once again, it was really such a beautiful view from up here.

These guys were speakers from Crowdtap. I really did forget their names..so sorry >__< ".  They looked pretty sharp though.

This is me rocking my orange shades that came in my #DoAc bag. Yeah, I know I look pretty stylin'.

Just hanging out enjoying our food and the view.

My awesome little bag I got filled with some goodies. I actually was hoping for this color because there were a few other ones. So yay for me!

Just some terrible shots of the gathering. My iPod can only go so far when taking pictures unfortunately.

It's a little blurry but it was an inside shot of The Golden Nugget. I thought it looked pretty cool.

I went to the boardwalk and checked out the Sand Sculpting competition going on. I was so amazed by all the of the art work I saw. It really is impressive up close. These pictures will have to do for now if you are curious as to the work these people did. Their flags were placed up top so you knew where it came from country wise. I'm so surprised people from all around the world come to do this. So yeah check them out ..I took a picture of all of the sculptures that were presented that day.

You can see some sand mounds where other sculptures will take place. I did come back the next day to the beach and saw some crazy looking Russian guys doing some sculpting in suits. They looked like Men in Black or something lol. They were very serious about their art.

Some nice wonderful views of the beach.

Candid shot of me looking for sea shells.

A few more shots of me at the beach.

That's Revel all the way to the right with the ball on top. I loved that place!!

This is so cute but I would not pay $300 for this. The smaller ones are very cute too.
There was a bunch of interesting candy's around in this store.

Check out this cute little mannequin from the candy store. Very colorful and kinda creepy.

Nice little night shot.

Random Bathroom selfies! I had to fix the coloring because it was kind of yellow so now its kinda blueish.

We got some room service. These cheese steaks were amazing but really we should have just got one because they were big enough for both of us to share.

We took a trip to the Aquarium in Atlantic city. It was nice but I personally remembered the aquarium from Jenkinson's boardwalk which I liked better. This one is alright if you are looking for something to do.

The pet a pelt station!! I've never seen anything like this before.

Look at that guy to the right ...looks like a real dragon!

This is the view from the top of the Aquarium.

Caught this statue of Poseidon. It was very nice. This was outside of the Aquarium.

This was the amazing brownie I had . Soooo goooood.

A few shots from Revel....only the most amazing Casino EVER. I love it because it doesn't stink of cigarettes. These bathroom are seriously awesome as well. I felt like it was just a beautiful labyrinth to walk through.

This is the Hard Rock Cafe which I had lunch at before I left. I really recommend this place...the food was great.

The best pulled pork sandwich I ever had. It's called The Texan....GET  IT!

My bf had this beef brisket sandwich. I think mine was better but his bread was really good.

All in all this trip was the best experience ever. I had such a good time and will be returning to Atlantic City for sure. I want to stay at Revel next time I come so I'll be planning for that. Thank you to Crowdtap for allowing me this opportunity. I will never forget it.
