Energems - Great Tasting Energy

I got the chance to try out Energems. I actually caught a free sample of their peanut butter earlier through their sample giveaway before. I'm always looking for an alternative to energy drinks. I really do enjoy energy drinks but they are so expensive and really aren't that convenient. 

I have never seen little candies like this before. This is so innovative. So I figured let me try these out because I always feel so tired. I am a terrible sleeper and take melatonin to bed almost every night and it leaves me feeling so groggy the next day. These are just perfect! They are about the size of Mentos but give you an M&M feel when you bite into them. 

So I tried the red ones and left the peanut butter for last because I tried those already before. The chocolate taste is decent. You just have to remember this isn't really candy for you to enjoy but something you can easily snack on so you dont have to chug a whole energy drink. I thought these overall were pretty good. 

I then tried these chocolate mint ones. Oh My GOD, I am in love with this one. These are just perfection. I truly enjoyed the taste. It's almost like a thin mint cookie. How can an energy thingy taste so good?! I don't know how they did it but this is just the tops. I personally give you the thumbs of approval to try these out first if you ever decide to buy these. 

 Alright...so lets talk about the peanut butter ones. They sound like they would taste like reese's pieces. I am so sorry Energems but this one does not taste good at all to me. It is just so bitter and you can taste it. I could not stomach them. I think they need to work on making this one less bitter and more chocolate or more peanut buttery or something. 

All in all I think I like how convenient these little guys are. I can just stick these boxes right in my purse and have them on the go when i need them.

Organic Matcha- Green Tea Powder By KissMe Organics

I got a chance to try out this organic matcha green tea by KissMe Organics. I have never heard of this type of product before so I wanted to check it out further. As you can see my cat Rusty wanted to check it out as well. He was very attracted to the smell. ( don't let your pets eat this stuff. x__x)

 As soon as you open it you can really smell the green tea. It is very powerful. Green tea has many benefits all in itself. It will give you lots of energy and weight loss benefits. I do not really enjoy drinking tea at all so I will not be ingesting this. I did take a dab of it on my pinky. I couldn't really stomach it lol. BUT! That does not mean it's bad...I just don't have a taste for green tea much.

I wanted to use this on my skin. I did some research and found out Matcha green tea powder has 15 times more antioxidants than steeped tea and is easy to apply. I took a little bit into a cup and added some water to it to form a paste. I wanted to use this on my dry skin patches but if you have sun burn spots then this would be good to use as well. I left it on for about 10 minutes and then rinsed it off in the shower. I can see a difference in my skin. You will see a difference in about 2 weeks.

You want to know another neat use for this? Skin painting! For all you orc cosplayers out there this would be perfect. This stuff leaves a nice green hue to your skin and its natural. Body paint is so expensive and has chemicals all over it. You can use this stuff with a little bit of coconut oil and lotion and it goes right on and stays on.

I love this for its healing properties the most. Give this tea powder a  try and you wont be disappointed.

Immortal Sleep Herbal sleeping pills

 I got the chance to try out  these 100% all natural herbal sleeping pills from http://www.immortalherbs.com/product/immortal-sleep/. I always just have the worst time trying to fall asleep without sleeping aids. I have been a big melatonin user but I really hate how it pushes me to sleep longer and makes me still feel groggy when I wake up in the mornings. 

I was really excited to try this right away. I was opening the bag and was hoping the pill wouldn't be gigantic because I have trouble swallowing pills. If they are gel caps then all the better. Success! They were gel caps.

I looked behind the packaging to see if there was sunflower oil somewhere in this stuff but there wasn't. It could possibly have been the gel cap itself. I think it was a wonderful thing to just have it taste like something I was comfortable with. 

I fell asleep fairly quickly. I couldn't believe how refreshed I felt in the morning. I had no drag and felt like I actually wanted to get up and out of bed. I felt so energetic. I did not wake up once during the night which is like a nightly ritual for me to have to go to the bathroom. It was just such a pleasant experience.
