This set from Elegana is pretty amazing. You have everything you need and more. The soft handles on each knife are comfortable and easy to hold. I am always preparing chicken for dinners throughout the week and so I need to cut away fatty parts plus slice them into pieces. These knives just go through things like its butter. That's pretty much how ceramic knives are anyhow. The only thing I don't recommend using them for is harder things like bone. You won't be able to cut through and need steel knives for something like that. I don't peel things often but it's good to have a high quality peeler for my potatoes. I've been using the blue one almost exclusively but they all work very well and for different purposes in relation to size of item being cut.
