Making a Pikachu Origami with Craft Haven Origami Paper

I don't make Origami often but when I do I try to make something simple. I'm a beginner. You can do more things with Origami paper though if you like to do just general paper crafting. You don't necessarily need to fold and you can definitely cut out shapes for poster board projects with the kids.

I wanted to try something easy so I went online to look for a Pikachu origami tutorial and stumbled upon a quick video on this page here ---> http://www.redtedart.com/easy-pikachu-craft-for-pokemon-lovers/

It takes no time at all and here's how my pikachu head came out.

The Origami paper I used is called Craft Haven Origami Paper which you can buy a box on Amazon for $13.99 ---> https://www.amazon.com/Craft-Haven-Double-Sided-Assorted-Tutorials/dp/B018DBC1UY/

Some of the paper is double sided and some of them have the one colored and one white side. I found it very easy to work with and durable. It wasn't too thin which I hate folding because that kind of paper can easily rip. Good stuff!

You can look up so many simple projects online. I made a simple small envelope with one piece and a goblin head with another. Have fun with it!
