I have been using this large bamboo cutting board to prepare my dinners. I love the amount of space it offers. I can lay a few breast pieces on here all at the same time. It just makes prepping so much easier. The groove going all around the sides is nice so that it prevents a mess of meat liquids. The surface of the board is nice and smooth which makes cutting a breeze. Using ceramic knives on this board has been nothing but a dream. It's very durable and have noticed it doesn't dig like my old plastic board did.
